The Challenge

Huddersfield Pharmacy Specials (HPS), part of Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, develop and manufacture sterile and non-sterile medicines from MHRA-approved facilities, supplying to the NHS and other customers in highly regulated industries. With a growing demand and continued focus on quality, the team at HPS were looking for a modern LIMS to improve transparency, traceability, and day-to-day efficiency.

Previously, their sample tracking lacked visibility, analyst workloads were difficult to manage, and communication between production and QC needed improving.
