How do I know which plan is right for my lab?

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, we’ll export all of your data and give you a30-day window before the account is deactivated. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted in line with our data retention policy.
Do you offer monthly or yearly billing options?
Yes – you can choose monthly or yearly billing using the toggle at the top of the pricing page. Yearly subscriptions (12 months or more) include a discount compared to monthly plans.
Is there a free plan available?
Yes, our Essentials tier is free for all users. This allows you to explore all the core features of the software without the commitment. You can upgrade to a paid plan as your team grows or when you need additional features.
Are there any setup fees or implementation costs?
No – there are zero setup fees or hidden costs. Implementation is free, and your system can be live in days.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes, LabHQ is flexible so you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Simply contact our support team to discuss the changes. Any changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What’s included in the price?
Our pricing is tiered based on functionality required. Each tier includes access to LabHQ’s core features, including sample and data management, standardised workflow, notifications and basic reporting. Additional functionality, such as customisable reporting and add-on modules, is available in selected tiers.
Are there any fees for maintenance and support?
No – there are no hidden costs. Maintenance, updates, and support are included in every plan. You’ll also get quarterly releases and full release notes in advance, so you always know what’s coming.
