External users are configured in just a few clicks – assign them to a client, send an invite, and they’ll receive a secure login via email with immediate Portal access, no complex permissions or IT setup required.
Do external users need any training to use the Portal?
The Portal is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, so most clients can navigate it without training. For extra support, we offer onboarding guidance, help documentation, and a dedicated support website – also accessible via the main LabHQ app, with our team always on hand to answer any questions.
Can external users submit jobs through the Portal?
From our next quarterly update, clients and external users will be able to submit their own jobs directly through the Portal – helping your lab save time and minimise data entry errors.
